Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

MoodMarket is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed during or after shipping. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
